  • You can cancel and refund any time before your order is shipped.
    - Any manufacturing defects or shipping issues will be fixed.
    - We do not accept returns at this stage.
    - We operate in AUD. You will be refunded in AUD. Currency conversions can fluctuate on a daily basis, and the amount you paid may be different to the amount refunded.

Returns Policy

Non-Returnable for Change of Mind: As our games are made to order in batches, we cannot accept returns for change of mind after delivery has been made. Each order represents a commitment to that specific production batch.

Quality Guarantee and Issue Resolution: Should your game have any manufacturing defects or quality issues attributable to our crafting process, please contact us for assistance. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so at any point before your game has been shipped. We offer a full refund of the purchase price under these conditions.

Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact us at nathan@crypticcrafter.com with your order details. We will process your refund promptly upon confirming that your order has not yet been shipped.

Damage / Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed. Please contact us at nathan@crypticcrafter.com. with your order details.

Refunds Policy

- PayPal: Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within 24 business hours.
    
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be returned to your bank account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
    
While we provide a full refund of the purchase price, please be aware that any transaction fees or international currency conversion fees incurred during the ordering process are typically non-refundable. These fees, charged by banks or financial institutions due to exchange rate fluctuations, fall outside our control and may not be reimbursed as part of your refund. Our store operates in Australian Dollars (AUD$)

If your package is returned to us or goes unclaimed, we’re happy to issue a refund for the items purchased. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, as these are charged by the carrier once the order has been shipped and cannot be reimbursed.

Packaging Damage

We totally get it - unboxing is part of the experience. But the outer packaging’s main job is to  protect what’s inside. If your box arrives a little scuffed, dented, or battle-worn but the product itself is perfectly fine, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for packaging damage alone.

Think of the box like a bodyguard: it might take a few hits so your item doesn’t have to.
